1. Services Provided
I provide professional mobile auto detailing services at the customer’s location, including exterior wash, waxing, interior cleaning, engine cleaning, and other detailing services. Services must be booked in advance and confirmed by me.
2. Service Areas
I operate within 30 miles of Kempsey . An additional travel fee may apply outside my standard service area. I reserve the right to decline service requests based on location or conditions.
3. Appointment Scheduling & Access
Customers must ensure that the vehicle is accessible at the time of the appointment.
There is sufficient space and a safe environment for myself to work around.
Customer to supply water and electricity. ( If unavailable this may incur charges to provide my own)
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rescheduling or having to pay cancellation fees.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed and are subject to change.
Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, size, or special requests.
A 30% deposit will be required upon booking.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may incur a fee and any reasonable costs for products that may have been ordered for the specific job and loss of deposit.
6. Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather conditions, I reserve the right to reschedule your booking. I will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available date.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify me within 24 hours. I will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
8. Damage & Liability
I take great pride and care during my detailing process, but I am not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage.
Defects or damage due to wear and tear.
Damage caused by aftermarket parts, equipment, or poor prior repairs.
Customers are required to sign my vehicle inspection form before and after the completion of the job and inspection option waived
9. Customer Property
Please remove all personal belongings including, child seats, luggage bags and panniers from the vehicle before service. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.
10. Photos & Marketing
I will also retain photographs privately in either regard for a least one month as part of work documentation, which I may use for marketing purposes. No identifying information will be shared.
11. Privacy Policy
I respect your privacy. Any personal data collected (e.g., name, contact info, payment details) will only be used for scheduling, communication, and billing purposes and will not be shared or sold.
12. Changes to Terms
I may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
